I like the holidays. I like the decorations and the presents and the cookies (Boy! Do I like the cookies!). I'm not ready for it to be over.
I'm not ready to go back to life without red Starbucks cups and lights on the trees.
Maybe we can make a new holiday. A holiday between New Year and Valentine's that lets you keep your wreath up and your cups red.
I'm not ready to go back to normal yet.

I'm not ready this year, either. We have to take the tree down tonight so the Boy Scouts can haul it away for recycling tomorrow. My pretty, pretty tree. *sniff*
You could always celebrate Three King's Day (January 6th) to keep the Christmas spirit around just a little bit longer.
I just found your blog from Erin. I LOVE it and it sounds like we might have alot in common. Especially the "bad at housework" SAHM part. I have 3 kids - 6 & 5 year old boys and a 3 year old daughter. And I live in CA.
